From May 24 to 31, 2025, the highly anticipated 2025 National Science and Technology Week for Food and Strategic Reserves was grandly held in Changsha, Hunan Province. With the theme of "Empowering Technological Talents, Advancing Food and Strategic Reserves," this event focused on scientific and technological innovation and talent cultivation in the field of food and strategic reserves, serving as an important platform for promoting exchanges and showcasing advancements. During the event, Liu Huanxin, member of the CPC Leadership Group of the National Development and Reform Commission and Secretary and Director of the CPC Leadership Group of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration; Zhang Yingchun, member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Committee and executive Vice Governor and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group of the Hunan Provincial Peoples Government; Xia Wenbin, member of the CPC Leadership Group of the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Secretary and Director of the CPC Leadership Group of the Hunan Provincial Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, visited Hocents exhibition booth to offer guidance.
